Hello! Welcome to our wait list. Before we get started, please carefully read the following:
 
We are a co-op; that means a cooperative group of families working together to give our families a great extracurricular experience.  We rely solely on volunteers, primarily the moms in our families to keep our co-op running smoothly.  If you join our co-op that means we need your hands, your expertise and willingness to help!  Check out our FAQ for more information and ways to be involved.
 
Now for the basic information. Please fill out the fields below. Note that any field left unfilled will mean the form cannot be submitted.
 
At the bottom of the form, you’ll see a place to submit a character reference letter from your pastor or council member.  This is a requirement for submitting your waiting list form so don’t continue until you have this letter!
 
Please also note, you will be required to teach twice at our Lite Day. Please see our FAQ section for more information regarding this.

New membership is offered once a year after June 1st as space allows.

SALT STATEMENT OF FAITH
“We believe there is one God, who is infinitely perfect, existing eternally in three persons: Father,
Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe Jesus Christ was and is fully God. He was born of the virgin Mary, died for our sins and
rose again in victory over death.
We believe that only through accepting what Jesus has done for us through His death on the cross
and His resurrection we can receive eternal life.
We accept the Bible as God's inspired word, fully true and authoritative for our lives.
We believe that the Holy Spirit is active today and He empowers believers to live a godly life.
We endeavour to live by and teach our children that which is according to God's truth.”
